I really hope that they will help me here! Even starting with antiX-17.1, I used snapshot from time to time to take snapshots of the system, it is a good utility. But over time, it ceased to work correctly, it gives errors. I do not know what to do with it. I installed the new antiX-17.4, changed the kernels 4.9, 4.20 now 5.0.9 error left? Sistembeack also does not become! Thank you!

::Looks like something changed whilst it was trying to compress the file system.
I never try to do anything else when using these programs.
Also, with a single processor,(1.5GHz), it will take quite a long time to complete. Are you also saying that you are having trouble with one of your newer kernels as well?
Linux (& BSD) since 1999

::I’m sorry I do not speak English, I use an interpreter .. Perhaps imperfect translation … I used a “snapshot” constantly, every 2-3 months, I took a picture of the system, and everything was fine. But after updating to antiX-17.3 … .17.4 became such a problem. ….The kernels tried different because they hoped that the problem was in the kernel, but nothing helped ….

::I understood you. The snack is a spicefic program called antiX, and
I was hoping for a more comprehensive answer here. Since I understand the problem here in software jamming, given that it used to work well before. We do not have a forum for antiX in Ukrainian.April 24, 2019 at 5:38 pm #20698Forum Admin

::do the snapshots still function after creation? If so there is no problem.
that particular message is not an error, but it is an information message. A file changed, and the system re-read the file to get it into the snapshot correctly.

::Dont so, there is not written that there is an error. But I found an image of anime 17.1 and installed it (photo 1). I launched a snapshot (photo 2). All very well? But after a complete system update (photo 3), here is the anix 17.4.1 (photo 4) ???? I write the image on the flash drive, set the live image, everything is fine. On a live system, everything works, all my settings and programs that work well. After installing to a hard disk and restarting … the system does not work practically … half of the programs are not working. All my settings are glitchy. The system can not be used! My suspicions are that some files are damaged when compressing an image. But if it’s not a problem, that’s not the problem … Thank you
