I’ve been stuck using Firefox v57.0.4 for a cpl. months now since later versions only displayed whitespace or CRASHED when trying to display FLASH (AFTER clicking the warning to “allow”), and much googling and T&E (including a complete vanilla FF install w/no addons, etc.) I did NOT find anyone else w/this pbm. (or answers).
Anyway, I solved the pbm. by installing the “adobe-flashplugin” package, which removed the “bunsen-pepperflash” one and now FF 59.0.1 (64bit) seems to be working properly now.
I suggest this be mentioned in the “Announcements” section as I had NO IDEA that this was needed now to keep flash working on latest Firefoxes.
