I’m trying to install SSMTP in Antix-19, but it seems it’s not in the repos.

I tried installing the package manually, but this did not work.

Can anybody offer any help in installing SSMTP or a similar program?

      David.

Thank you for the links, I had seen the wiki page previously in my searches.
I see msmtp is installed by default in AntiX 19, now to try and configure it.
Can you give me a clue as to where the configuration file is?

          Thank you,
          David.

From the second link ‘setting file is located in ~/.msmtprc to send email via gmail account’. If it doesn’t exist, create the file.
