      Guys where is the option to set sleep suspend settings? i cant find it in control centre.

        The pm-utils handles the suspend actions. Take a look at this for a thorough explanation.

          you might try creating a personal menu option for

          sudo pm-suspend-hybrid

          it works from a terminal…

          PS: Be real careful with pm-suspend-hybrid, it worked one time, but the next 2 times I’ve tried it, it failed to wake up, and when I look at the log there is no clue what went wrong. I do know that both the pm-suspend and pm-hibernate both work on 3 of my machines with normal install to disk or SSD type setups.
