I am trying to setup antiX19 as a Rolling Release. I have set the repos to use Testing and am getting the following errors on Update/Upgrade.

E: The repository 'http://security.debian.org testing/updates Release' does not have a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

I’d appreciate any clues as to what I ought to do next… besides going back to stable. 😉

Change the /etc/apt/sources.list.d/debian.list, security line to this:

        deb http://security.debian.org testing-security main contrib non-free

        #deb-src http://security.debian.org testing-security main contrib non-free

Philosophers have interpreted the world in many ways; the point is to change it.

antiX with runit - leaner and meaner.

Thank you. I’ll make the change and report my results, soon.

Edit: Things seem to be working! Yay. Thank you, again.

You can also install apt-transport-https and switch all your repositories to https
Since all debian and antix repositories are capable of such security why not use it.
