      I have contacted the MX contactadmin today from a kind of VPN (from anydesk in an other area in France), and here I had the access to the MX forum and for the MX contactadmin mail. Here in my area, I still not have the access to the MX site forum. Only at this level https://mxlinux.org/support/ but not into the MX forum (/Support/Forum/MX Linux Forum).
