(Really) Simple Question.
I note that there were nosystemd versions of libavahi-client3, libavahi-common3 and libavahi-common-data that depended upon libdbus-1-3. In July, a new nosystemd version of the libdbus-1-3 package became available.
However, the most recent versions of these libavahi packages are the regular debian ones. Looking at their listings in aptitude, they don’t have any obvious dependencies on systemd.
I assume this is the reason new nosystemd versions of these packages weren’t needed? (Obviously, doing unnecessary work isn’t something that is desirable.)
