I opened Thunderbird this evening and the application seems to be locked into a sub-directory folder which is just one of many folders in one of my two accounts. I have tried chnaging view and all the settings I can think of but I cannot get back to my normal display or access and messages other than in the frozen directory. Is it a problem I can fix or should I just uninstall and start again?
False alarm, please forgive. Thunderbird must have been munged but after removing the offending account I was able to get back to normal and all OK now.
