To site admin: recaptcha without javascript/ecmascript please

If possible can it be done? I’ve seen sites that use recaptcha without javascript/ecmascript, which requires configuration changes which is set by site admin.
I’m sorry if this too much, but dillo is a lightweight browser which cannot execute javascript/ecmascript, very suitable to limited computer

Basically.

I am gathering the site will not log you in while using Dillo Browser .
One of the reasons I use https://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/

site because it is Dillo and Links2 friendly. Logins are no problem.

It is beyond my skill set or pay grade to adjust and tweak a freely given forum site. So don’t look at me.
I gather you have cookies enabled in Dillo?
