      Today’s update of antiX 21 unfortunately forces libelogind0 install as required by CUPS and printer drivers family…
      As part of antiX’ 21 strategy as systemd/elogind-free is there a fix planned?

            have had the same issue, and now

            $ sudo apt purge elogind 
            Reading package lists... Done
            Building dependency tree... Done
            Reading state information... Done
            The following additional packages will be installed:
              consolekit libcgmanager0 libck-connector0 libnih-dbus1 libnih1 libpolkit-gobject-consolekit-1-0
            Recommended packages:
              libpam-ck-connector
            The following packages will be REMOVED:
              elogind* libpam-elogind*
            The following NEW packages will be installed:
              consolekit libcgmanager0 libck-connector0 libnih-dbus1 libnih1 libpolkit-gobject-consolekit-1-0
            0 upgraded, 6 newly installed, 2 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
            Need to get 479 kB of archives.
            After this operation, 1,450 kB disk space will be freed.
            Do you want to continue? [Y/n] 
            

            and

            $ sudo apt purge libelogind0
