1st hit with google search term firefox-esr netflix

          https://itsfoss.com/netflix-firefox-linux/

But I got the feeling you have not done a

          sudo apt-get update

          and

          sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

yet or even better. You are running live.

My version of firefox on this chromebook is 60.09.0-esr

Forgot to mention to turn on widevine plugin in browser plugins also after updating firefox.

Thanks a ton. This one did the work for me. Seems it was a DRM issue.
