If possible, move the question to a new topic. I think that using the boot parameter
xorg=radeon
may help booting to the graphic interface on the eeepc, but it is better to explore it on a different topic.
For the motherboard you listed, you would need at least a 5.X kernel for the intel 8th generation (or newer) CPU, but we better discuss this in a new topic.
