At some point (according to the inxi- r you just posted), you also enabled bullseye-backports
This is the message ‘No active apt repos in: /etc/apt/sources.list.d/bullseye-backports.list’So you have a Frankenstein antiX no doubt and this is very likely to cause problems in the future even if you sort out this particular problem.
Install aptitude and then
sudo aptitude update && sudo aptitude dist-upgrade
Post the output.
