      A lot of errors when I try to update:

        seems antiX repos is not available

          When the repos do that, wait a few hours and retry. Sometimes you just hit them during an update.

          The Kernel has my back covered.

            Failed to fetch is a normal occurrence on my end. Doing what jdmeaux1952 says rectifies this error.

            Normal stuff when dealing with free opem source stuff. Make sure your keyrings are current also.
            You will know your keyring is at fault when you get a keyring error in your terminal readout.
