Hi All – is there a way of posting videos without using YouTube?
Imgur only allows 60secs – I need 2min 45 secs.I have a link to it via gmx mail cloud if allowed..?

If it has a embed code. We try and keep height and width around 250 to 300 when embedding a youtube video on the forum

I am sure others will have a better way to recommend than mine.
I think in the interim GMX seems ok to me. Is this gmx.net or gmx.com? They have different limits I think…

Thanks again – I use gmx dot com – they allow 2GB free Cloud
With such a nice web email interface I don’t bother with any apps 🙂
I also use the Swiss ProtonMail which has free cloud but is in Beta at present.Will try and make a topic and give a gmx link to the cloud.
failing that perhaps I can email the link to someone who is registered with goolag – YT ?

Mega.nz gives 20Gb free. Free account. Used to be 50Gb free, which I have. What sets Mega apart from anything else is that it is fully encrypted and the key is on the client side. That is why it is incompatible with Big Brother’s requirements imposed on most cloud companies to be able to decrypt content.

However this additional complexity (encryption on client side) makes it less usable for wide spread sharing. It is mostly used now for privacy of stored sensitive and personal documents, such as by legal firms.
