After studying udevil and rules.d matter, and after pondering all kinds of complicated things I might try,
I found the following simple solution to my problem. Admittedly with more luck then wisdom,

Missing is that you did what should have been done before posting, used a search engine, searched threads
more than 10 years old on the problem of draw. Found a solution published there.

And try to present yourself as the one who discovered it, very bad manners.

This thread is worth introducing in an introduction to quality management, why solutions are so hard to find,
and tickets for paid support from 1500 USD on, per message or issue unrelated question.

As the problem clearly does not just affect external USB plug drives. I have corrected the titel.
Any doubts I mentioned a red hat thread in an earlier post, plenty of relevant info there.

You may be the only one on this forum posting on the problem, others searching for a solution will find the thread with a search.

When you post on a public forum your words are in public domain.
The thread for the most part attributing your problem for which a few internet searches would have found a solution to zzfm extremely unhelpful.

I have neither flamed nor insulted you, what I think of you and your attitude is not postable….
