      If you have computer which is not capable boot from an USB and there is only CDROM or badly workable DVDROM, you can use antiX core CD for helping USB-boot (into USB must be antiX full installation files).

      Advanced options F4 and there from=USB option.

      Of course you can use boot managers like Plop.

        Yes, the from=USB option is a great feature and still way too unknown.
        To complete the above,
        you can also use an antiX-core CD and an antiX-full live-usb.But it must be the same antiX version.
        The usb stick must already be plugged in when the CD is loaded.

          Yes, I have used this feature many times. I also have used Plop! from both CD and Floppy. And since the Full version (and I think also the Base version now) does not fit on a CD it sometimes works better for me to use Plop! Although Caprea’s suggestion to use the same version from a Core CD will work. But since I already have a Plop! CD it saves me from having to burn a Core CD.
