      Dear Developers,

      When I use a Live usb key to do the installation, I can’t find on the first or second screen the mention about the F1 key = Help.
      If I press the F1 key, I get the help but everything is in English.
      Why doesn’t the F1 key appear on the screen and why isn’t it translated into French for example?

      Best regards,
      Wallon

        We have only translated legacy boot menu.
        You must be booting UEFI (which has not been translated).

        If you are using legacy boot (gfxmenu with all the F keys at the bottom),
        at first screen press F2, choose a language and then press Enter.
        Try F1 again

        antiX with runit - leaner and meaner.

          Dear anticapitalista,

          I am booting my computer which shows 2 options on the following screen;
          1) UEFI : USB DISK 2.0 DL07
          2) USB DISK 2.0 DL07

          I take the second line in legacy mode.

          First antiX screen, only one option F2.
          I choose F2 = French BE
          The F1 key is not mentioned on the screen.
          I press the F1 key, the help is in French. It is OK

          Second antiX screen with options F2, F3, F4, F5, F6…
          F2 = French (BE)
          F3 = Brussels*
          The F1 key is not mentioned on the screen.
          I press the F1 key, the help is in English!

          I also did the test with;
          F2 = French (FR)
          F3 = Paris*
          The F1 key is not mentioned on the screen.
          I press the F1 key, the help is in English!

          Kind regards,
          Wallon

            It is only the first F1 help that is localised.
