I use the new antiX 22, on a 64-bit hp desktop with 8 Mb RAM.
Sometime I want to use Virtaal to be able to read – and occationally edit – xliff-files.
It did work on antiX 17 , but not anymore.
Almost nothing works: it will not accept files, most menu items will not work.
It also opens in a window larger than the screen, and disturbes other prograns.
The logout screen starts popping up all by itself, for instance.Virtaal ought to be either fixed, or removed from repos.
Could anyyone suggest some other program that can read and edit xliff-files?

I understand how frustrating it is when something you need fails to work… but why not be proactive?
I searched on-line for “xliff editor linux” and in less than 5 minutes found omegaT. Test it and see if it works for you, over at https://omegat.org/download
If it fails to work for you, search for another tool…Please note:
The antiX dev team is not the Virtaal dev team- they can not “fix it”. It’s just like asking Microsoft to fix some random game that fails to work in Windows 11, but worked fine in Windows 7…
antiX is a Debian derivative- antiX uses its own repository + Debian’s… but our dev team is not in control of the Debian repositories- you should “complain” about that to the team in charge of Debian…P.
