Is it still possible to set a solid colour for the desktop wallpaper?
I couldn’t find any options in the wallpaper utility or in the rox documentation.
I can see where the wallpaper is set in the pb_antiX-icewm file: in the pinboard\backdrop field.

Yes it is. From inside the wallpaper utility select default color from
        the options menu.

I see it now. There is a message under the wallpaper saying:
“Note: you cannot change the color with rox desktop”.
            Thanks for the help.

I don’t see any other options besides using icewm preferences file to
set it with rox-desktop. I know space-fm has it in its options but
haven’t tried. I just use the paint programs and make a blank solid
              picture and set it.

                My way.

                I made a Folder in ~/home/usename/Wallpaper.

Downloaded tons of stuff from a site like below and threw them in there.

Looked for that wallpaper folder in the choose section gui located in the l/h folder sidebar

I hope you feel better soon. Hot tea with lemon, honey and scotch (+ resting) sometimes makes wonders.

                    Hope you get better Rokytnji,
Premaeval was asking if Rox-desktop could set a solid background, which I
                    don’t think it can.

In a couple of seconds, one can find the answer on sourceforge: Theming the background of filer windows and Set As Wallpaper menu item.

The easiest way to do it, is to make a pattern in desired color and stretch it.

                      Something like:
