::Hi Ile,
I still run them myself, but nobody else ever tried them that I know of. They are really 99.9999% antiX or Debian, or wherever programs are born, but that tiny percentage that I changed, mostly of configuration makes it look and feel different. LOL, maybe its past perspective, but I like it.
Interesting coincidence that it was April Fools day… Or was it…
Anyone got any good ones looking down a road or path or railroad tracks so it has a lot of perspective? It needs to be darker for the conky to show up well…

Really nice. When I expand the picture it’s easy to notice the clarity and focal point of the rose(s) with the surrounding green plant(s) in the background.
That’s more than mere picture taking; it clearly shows real expertise in photography, certainly much more than I’ve ever acquired, and that’s why I appreciate the efforts, the artistry and quality that you and the others here have been sharing.--

::thx Brian,
Yeah I have fun with the cameras and with the graphics programs using antiX.
that last rose was taken with a nikon coolpix s9400 point and click camera.
These 2 roses are with a nikon D3200 using a manual focus kitstar 80-200mm
lens. btw I could pm the full size on some of these photos. Taking photos
of different things with various cameras is one of my enjoyable hobbies.May 23, 2020 at 3:03 pm #36235Moderator

::Yes linuxdaddy, that is definitely a very nice piece of photography equipment and more nice work.
I admire your eye for both the beautiful and the unusual as well, as seen in the diversity of some of your other fine work!
Thanks again for sharing your artistry with us!--

That also is clear evidence of both the quality of the camera and the skill of the photographer!
I clearly wasn’t just writing idle words.
We are very fortunate to have people who have a wide variety of skills.
We have educational experience and expertise in our founder, the skilled (my phone tried to have me write “skulled”; I suppose he has a solid skull full of highly honed skills) because we have an excellent system. We have talented gentlemen like Dolphin Oracle.
Our affiliated distribution MX Linux has very gifted women too. I’m sorry that I have missed and omitted women of excellence here. If by chance we don’t have any contributions from women in development, my guess is that some of the underlying software has important, possibly crucial contributions from women because I have personally experienced the outstanding attention to detail that skilled women bring to development and testing. There are also outstanding women writers and artists.
Anyway I believe that a wide range of contributions from people from many walks of life leads to excellence and balance.
Thanks to everyone for whatever you do. Feedback and suggestions helps too.
Bravo!
