      thx Brian,

here’s one more not sure off hand what lens. but yeah I like and
believe in sharing knowledge, artwork, and using ones skills to
help others ๐Ÿ™‚ as far as women … I was keeping things gender
neutral. Each gender and background brings in a different view.
If strength is in diversity …. antiX nailed it.

I try to be respectful of everyone. The reason I specifically mentioned women is that in some software communities additional attention has been made to realize that some people have been “left out” of certain conversations and I don’t intend to deliberately exclude anyone, whether I agree with them or not.

I genuinely attempt to respect each person and viewpoint.

As far as this picture, whether it was taken with the same lens, camera, or something else, the quality again looks great.

Incidentally I have viewed various images from my Pixel 3 phone, my Dell Inspiron laptop and my Chromebook and they look excellent from those three different systems.

        Thanks again for sharing!

          thx Brian,

For testing on multiple screens as I don’t own those. This is another spring rose
from here. I’m not familiar with many software communities on that aspect. Glad
that attention is being raised to eliminate any discrimination. On the
photography sites it seems pretty equal on the talent of each gender.

Good news. There are many great artists from all over the world. As usual your camera shows that for one daddy who happens to enjoy lean Linux software. Thanks again!

No skill, here, just plenty of pitbull like tenacity…

This was at a wedding… Interesting that my wallpaper displays them right side up ๐Ÿ™‚

@ile … bet that saves a lot on the mowing costs ๐Ÿ™‚
@bobc … never tried upside down photography. but in the mirage program
under edit it is easy to flip them vertically.

Yes, my wallpaper display program is modified to store the path and name of the current wallpaper, and then I have IceWM hotkeys to delete, go to next wallpaper, or edit with mtpaint, so there isn’t really a problem, but I am surprised that they are upside down in the first place, and also that as wallpapers they appear right side up.

@linuxdaddy: All of your art work is first rate. Whatever camera you use, it does a good job, but as you know, a good picture is one that an artistic photographer takes, enjoys, and shares. I’m guessing that there are quite a few photos that do not pass your standard of excellence, so you share only those which meet your discriminating eye, and I feel that the lens of your eye sees many worthwhile things! Thanks once again!

                                thank you Masinick and anticapitalista,

I am my own worst critic when it comes to photos. Here is one of a
walking stick I shot this morning.

@linuxdaddy:. I am very happy that you consistently share your gift of photography and artistry.

Each of us in the community can have a role. One role that you are very good at is photography.

We enjoy Dolphin Oracle and his ability to create helpful video clips explaining the use of antiX (and he also has development skills)!

I’ve been testing for many years. These days I help to moderate the forum and do modest amount of testing and answering questions.

We have developers, testers, documentation writers, artists, software promotion people and users to help one another in a variety of ways. It all adds up and each volunteer spends time instead of money (or in addition to money) to contribute to freely available software.

Keep up the great work, it is appreciated!
