::@linuxdaddy: these look good on my phone; I’ll save them on my newest computer; I have quite a few of your most recent pictures there; the others are on my Dell laptop, which has a couple test instances of antiX.
Glad you got a laugh from my poor eyesight and corny joke!

::Here is one of a wind generator with the mountains in the background.
I can make some photos of fishing hooks and poles.
Using my Dell Optiplex 760 with 4gb ram, pentium E5200 cpu
and antiX 17.4.1 and Gimp to edit these, Mirage
to resize them.August 12, 2021 at 8:21 pm #64777Moderator

::hello linuxdaddy
Today we spotted a live one; Your post # 41723 “wildflowerantix.jpg”
We had no idea the scale of Your image, before sighting the wildflower today.Telling everyone This is about one centimetre diameter,
across the blanc seeds,
boding the magnificance of the photograph.Is that right ?, linuxdaddy
is it tiny? like what we saw today is quite small.August 19, 2021 at 6:03 am #65185Anonymous
::@ile
yes they are real small yellow flowers and turn white like dandelions.
the plant can get several feet tall and have a lot of flowers on it.
here is another tiny wildflower on tall plants. 3 to 5 feet tall with
the flowers only at the top.August 19, 2021 at 5:35 pm #65212Moderator

::That’s another nice one; I’ve built a pretty good collection on my newest computer.
Unfortunately, that’s the one (and the first) computer I’ve ever had problems putting antiX on.On the other hand, I still have my Dell Inspiron 5558 and a Lenovo X201 Thinkpad, both of which run the old and latest versions of antiX just fine!

::@linuxdaddy: I just got back on my Dell Inspiron 5558 today to test antiX B1 some more, and so I’m saving the butterfly and the latest image of Olive on one of my Bullseye antiX 21 Beta 1 images. Interestingly, the ident string still identifies as antiX a2 but this is definitely B1, so the build process for this image must have either been based on a2 or the build strings were not modified.
In any case, this image is running well; I rebuilt two of them this afternoon.
As always, no matter which system I’m using, I enjoy pictures of Olive and all of your photography. My newest system has a higher video resolution; after using it earlier today, I notice the speed difference and the video quality difference.
