I don’t own or use them to check.
.Someone else is going to have to comment on the size and appearance.
I can look at it on my phone and it looks fine but I am only putting images on my Linux laptop.
I have not had a chance to do that either. Hopefully others will weigh in. Either way I have been enjoying your photography.

.Same here.

::I saved several linuxdaddy images on my laptop and I’ll check them out there and see how they look expanded on my screen, then I’ll copy a few of them to my phone when I get a chance and see if I can help out.
Thanks again for your efforts. While I’m more into the natural images, especially of outdoor scenes (and Fall is a great time for that), I’m also respectful of your abstract art too. Even though that’s not my personal preference, I’m truly enjoying the artistry of you and a few of our other wallpaper artists. Keep up the great work; I’m sure there is something for a wide variety of tastes and preference.
Hopefully I’ll get some time to provide you with some useful feedback soon, especially since I downloaded quite a few laptop images and I’ll try to do the same on the phone.

::I was only referring to the photos I resized to 1600×1200 recently. They
look good on my desktop. I think cellphones and tablets use the zoom or
stretch settings when setting the background image. Do they look good in antiX
on the google chromebooks they should but as I’m not sure on their screen size?
These all resize at a 4:3 ratio. Here’s a few more at 1600×1200 and only a few hundred kb in size.
The middle one is looking west towards the Sandia Mountains on a cloudy day.
Albuquerque, NM is right on the other side. The last one is a fractal
kaleidoscope created in the gimp.November 10, 2019 at 7:20 pm #29228Anonymous
::Thx Masinick … I respect others artwork too and am glad that users
on here are making and seeing a variety of different creations both in
graphics and software. I took a few of some frost from the recent cold
weather at night. Only reason I ask on chromebooks, phones and tablets
is I don’t own any to check but 1600×1200 seems a reasonable choice for
monitors and scales 4:3 evenly with my cameras’ native resolution.November 10, 2019 at 7:29 pm #29233Moderator

::I haven’t attempted to change the phone wallpaper, but looking at it on my phone looks good to me and appears that the images, at least on my unit, look good and appears to resize and still look good without getting either fuzzy or distorted.

::I think the phones stretch/zoom to size. I like creating art and listening to music
a lot and sharing that with everyone. And as antiX/MX distros have proven is that when
people get together and share ( knowledge, creativity, and inspiration) is good
things always happen as a result 🙂November 10, 2019 at 7:50 pm #29237Moderator

::I like making and sharing art. Here’s another of a fall leaf with little ice crystals at the stem.

::I like the water drops especially, they seem to give motion and life. Are there any mushrooms popping out in your area, I wonder what it would look like under frost. Looking at pics of mushrooms from around the world one wonders whether they are real or not.

::thx fungalnet,
as far as mushrooms or moss goes …. not in this neck of the woods 🙂
It is possible that during wetter months or years here they grow in isolated areas.
I would have to travel closer to a river or lake 4 them. I don’t know if it’s because
of our relatively dry climate or our high altitudes (6200ft) that they don’t grow much
here. But will keep an eye out. I made a few abstracts in gimp 4 everyone 2 enjoy.btw those waterdrops and frost leaf photos are from a cannon photoshot and only cropped
otherwise unedited.December 6, 2019 at 9:36 pm #30232Anonymous
