Which useless *wat wrote wordfence…..I fail to see the usefulness of a site for technical content when
sample code often cannot be shared in posts.Want to watch DRM content in LibreWolf.
Its easy but you can not change
the preferences in about:config. If you use the appimage .AppImage, you’ll have to extract the contents,
easy, just rename with zip ending, unpack as usual. You will find librewolf.cfgin the Settings folder, edit the config
file then save it.Rename or delete your .librewolf folder in home.
I want to always use latest config, I have not investigated whether
deleting is really neccesary. No need to repack LibreWolf will start faster unpacked.
I have LibreWolf as an unpacked version residing in home:
/home/demo/.librewolf_progMy starter was setup using control center add to menu tool after moving
a copy of the librewolf icon in to /usr/share/iconsThe line looks like.
prog "LibreWolf" "/usr/share/icons/librewolf.png" /home/demo/.librewolf_prog/launch_librewolf.sh
Demo used as convenient. You will have your username.launch_librewolf.sh must be made executable
On normal installs the config can be found in /usr/lib/librewolf/librewolf.cfgOn all installs I remove Screenshot tool and other hidden extensions from browser/features folder.
I find the remo5te screenshotting ability of firefox highly suspect. Not sure if it still can be
used in LibreWolf, with the extension removed for sure not. Must be done again on updates.
Same will apply for config unless you just check for changes and insert a copy of your edited version,
or DRM part.Sorry example prevented by forum website protection/perversion.
go to [SECTION] DRM
and comment out the DRM lines in the same way as the comment lines, slash twice then save- This topic was modified 7 months, 3 weeks ago by ModdIt.
