Copy the folder /etc/skel/.icewm to your home folder and completly replace the .icewm folder in your home folder. Log out, then log in.

Best not to share /home with other linux distros IMO.
You might be better off installing antiX again without a separate /home

antiX with runit - leaner and meaner.

replacing .icewm done the trick! The menu reflects far more options and the current ones I’m hoping for!

            Ten thousand thanks!!!

anticapitalista; I thought that was the purpose of a ./home folder to provide continuity across distro,s, / upgrades, and os’s……whats better? copy and recopy gigabytes of songs, video, photos, records and decades of notes?

If you experience problems with the session, also replace the .desktop-session folder, but make a copy of the one in your home folder just in case.
antiX only imports the folders and config files when a new user is created. It doesn’t expect a user to already have a useraccount created, and “thinks” it already has all antiX-specific configs there. That is why I suggested creating a new user for testing purposes.
A lot of antiX specific config files (for SpaceFM, for Rox, etc) are stored in /etc/skel. Try and experience the difference between a new user and your current one to see what files/folders are worth it to import.

The problem is that the files stored in a shared /home may conflict, even more so when using different linux variants.
I prefer to symlink to data files (no need to copy and recopy).

I have a separate /data partition where I keep all files that I want to keep available from anywhere. I can’t even imagine the potential for messes with multiple distro’s sharing /home
