          No attachment. Can you describe &/or copy/paste text?
          Try to make a “thumbnail” (check the box) on antiX-screenshot. Then post only the thumbnail version, if your screenshot is too big to post.

              If you run this in a terminal, maybe it will give us a clue:
              su-to-root -X -c live-usb-maker-gui-antix
              & post the output.

                  Here’s another idea. Is there an antiX person in Sydney who could physically help me?

                  VirtualBox= zzz-IceWM-antiX21-runit-64-base

                    su:cannot set groups:Operation not permitted

                    Reported on internet, solution can be found if you can log-in as root, see e.g. https://www.fir3net.com/UNIX/Linux/error-su-cannot-set-groups-operation-not-permitted.html
                    Please verify by ls -lh /bin/su*

                    Here’s another idea.

                    May be, 1-to-1-assistance Skype/zoom/MS-Teams/Google-whatever call with someone in a “friendly” time-zone could help as well if no one is found in your neighborhood.

                      Or see f you can find a Linux user group in your area.

                        It should be without saying that this isn’t normal antiX behavior. Perhaps the ISO download was corrupted? For the sake of the new live usb you intend to make, as well as the ability to make it, I suggest a freshly downloaded iso file, with verified checksum.

                          Philosophers have interpreted the world in many ways; the point is to change it.

                          antiX with runit - leaner and meaner.

                            Because I ran out of ideas, I ran ‘sudo Xauthorization’ in the terminal. Attached is what it gave me. Any ideas?

                              Xauthorization is not a valid command. IF you are attempting to add your name to a su or sudo list, visudo is one command you can use.

                              https://www.computerhope.com/unix/visudo.htm and https://www.unixtutorial.org/how-to-use-visudo/ are two sites that may provide helpful information.

                              If this is NOT what you were looking for, please restate your question and we’ll try to help you out. thanks!
