      Hello Friends!

      Just as the title says.

I was just wondering why libretro-snes9x is in Synaptic but snes9x itself is not.

I guess there’s no way to install snes9x in antiX except to download from it’s official website and compiling it myself.

      Thanks!

If you want only snes9x, it seems you do need to compile from source.
The libretro thing seems to need something like retroarch to work (no idea how to, really).

I don’t know much about console emulators, but debian has a wiki entry with the list of emulators for each console. Some are in the repository, some not, and some are “i386 only”, whatever that means.
