Greetings,
So, I’ll cut to the chase (HA!): you see, I’m helping a couple developers make a meme-based respin of AntiX for x64. I was wondering you could point to some resources needed for development (such as the source code for the antiX-installer).
Please and thank you.
Best regards,

::If you use the snapshot tool for creating the respin, make sure you copy over the user configuration files (that you place in /home/user/) to /etc/skel/, so that any new user created keeps the user and desktop configuration you have created.
If using a personal respin, remember that user and password will be copied over during installation (cannot create a new user).
If using a general respin, remember that it will automatically create a demo user (with demo password), but will enable the creation of users during installation. The installer: Used by both antiX and MX, the gazelle installer.
– gazelle installer antiX gitlab repo
– Deb package configuration for gazelle installerRemember to edit the startup file for desktop-session to add any startup windows for popups and the like.
You can add a startup tune to the operating system editing the desktop-session.conf file (enable startup sound and change the path of the audio file).Hope this helps.

May I ask for the source code for the snapshot tool? Thinking of Respin too…

::All source code is available at GitLab –
Snapshot is found under iso-snapshot-antix
