      For the past 3 years I have been working with Q4OS Linux another pure port of Debian. I”m moving on to what is better than anything I have used; your distro AntiX. I love the SnapShot and USB Live creators and all the apps I want to use are already installed. Only one missing is SimpleScreenRecorder but, I can compile that easy enough. Thank you to all have brought us AntiX. I will be spending the next 3 years learning and mastering everything about AntiX !

        Welcome.
        visit “ControlCenter” from desktop menu and check out the “package installer”.
        IIRC, the antiX / MX repositories have a recent SimpleScreenRecorder package.
        If it’s listed in the “package installer GUI” listed, will be a one-click install.
