      @laptop: My bad. I dared to assume that wi-fi means laptop.
      @3) [in my previous post] I did not mention any specific files.

      I had zoom 5.9.3 installed (I haven’t used it for quite some time), thus I updated to 5.11.3.

      I) When I start zoom, there’s proxy setting, my zoom instance was set to use system proxy settings.
      This is definitely internet related and you can compare antiX and Lubuntu (zoom setting and system’s proxy [not sure where to find them]).

      II) I explored my ‘~/.zoom/’ and found nothing that seemed relevant to internet setting.
      Thus I turned my attention to system files.

      A) Search for files and folders named ‘zoom’:

      find / -mount -type d -name 'zoom' 2>/dev/null
      find / -mount -type f -name 'zoom*' 2>/dev/null | grep -vE '(png$|svg$)'

      (‘-mount’ skips my data-disk where no antiX system files are located; the ‘grep -v’ ignores some non-related files, mostly icons/themes-related)
      There’s not much in folders other than in:
      ‘/opt/zoom/’ and ‘/var/lib/dpkg/info/’ and few files in ‘/usr/share/doc/zoom/’.
      B) As an alternative, you may open the (archive) DEB package file, e.g. in ‘mc’ and explore its contents; one finds there is a lot of files in ‘/opt/zoom/’.

      The folder ‘/opt/zoom/’ contains a lot of files but I cannot pinpoint any relevant. Copying the libraries from Lubuntu would most likely break antiX’s zoom.

        Thank you for your help, @sybok. I ran the commands you posted, but I didn’t get any useful results. Here are the results of the two commands:

        $ find / -mount -type d -name 'zoom' 2>/dev/null
        /home/lubuntu/.cache/zoom
        /opt/zoom
        /usr/share/doc/zoom

        $ find / -mount -type f -name 'zoom*' 2>/dev/null | grep -vE '(png$|svg$)'
        /home/lubuntu/.zoom/.zoom/data/zoomus.enc.db
        /home/lubuntu/.zoom/.zoom/data/zoommeeting.enc.db
        /home/lubuntu/.zoom/.zoom/data/zoomus.tmp.enc.db

          I extracted the contents of the DEB package file and I didn’t find anything that helps me either.

            Same with me. The only reasonable thing I can think of is the proxy setting.

              What proxy settings are you talking about? I have not configured any proxy. Where are the zoom proxy settings?

                I did not set anything up as well.
                When I click in the right bottom corner on a symbol a window pops up – it is about proxy and set to use system settings.
                Perhaps, these system settings (location of which I do not know!) are different.
                I recall I once used Tor-browser in Devuan and antiX and the one from one system did not work in the other, i.e. the internet is/was/may-be handled slightly differently in different systems.
                That’s the only thing I can think of apart from overwriting zoom binaries (antiX’s by Lubuntu’s).
